With winter upon us I am making sure I am fully loaded with vitamins and supplements. I am lucky enough that one of my best friends Gabriella Peacock – GP Nutrition to have launched her own supplements and I am taking them religiously every day along with a mug of hot lemon water in the mornings – best way to kick start the body.
