This is literally the easiest thing to make and takes less than 5 minutes!
All you need is a few frozen bananas and I always keep a bag of them in the freezer.
Throw 3 bananas into your food processor, add a little oat or almond milk to help break down the bananas and you can add a few ice cubes as well which will make it more sorbet like.
The boys like theirs with a chocolate sprinkles and I like mine with a fresh sprig of mint or a few chopped nuts… really satisfying and super healthy!
