Collagen Coffee

My favourite way to start the day post workout is with a collagen coffee Frappuccino.

This is packed with a good serving of GREAT LAKES Collagen Powder – I add 1-2 large spoons on top of the following ingredients:

Method

  1. Throw all the ingredients into a blender, I have a Thermomix but a Vitamix or Nutribullet are also great
  2. Blend until smooth and frothy and then pour into a jar, I love these as they hold lots of liquid
  3. I have a few metal straws which keep cool in the frappuccino – this is a great way to fill up and keep going until lunch time!
