My favourite way to start the day post workout is with a collagen coffee Frappuccino.
This is packed with a good serving of GREAT LAKES Collagen Powder – I add 1-2 large spoons on top of the following ingredients:

- ½ cup – 1 cup of cooled coffee
- 3-4 cups of either oat or almond milk (barrister is great)
- 1 medjool date
- 1 tsp of cashew nut butter or a handful of cashews
- 6 – 8 ice cubes
- Throw all the ingredients into a blender, I have a Thermomix but a Vitamix or Nutribullet are also great
- Blend until smooth and frothy and then pour into a jar, I love these as they hold lots of liquid
- I have a few metal straws which keep cool in the frappuccino – this is a great way to fill up and keep going until lunch time!
